In honor of the 92nd Anniversary of the birth of black national hero, Malcolm X, on May 19, 2017; members of December 12th Movement, Black Lives Matter Greater New York and Harlem residents gathered outside Adam Clayton Powell State Office Building, 163 W. 125th St. to hold the 28th annual black power “Shut ‘Em Down” rally and march.
