A newly-reconstructed bridge provides easy access for villagers in Hoa Vinh village, 11 miles NW of Danang, Vietnam, to reach their farmlands. Marine Cunnery Sergeant Pedro Lopes-Torces, company guiner sergent of CACO 2-8, 2nd II 2 Marines, came up with the idea to rebuild the bridge. Photographed on August 24, 1970.
