Elizabeth, Lady Rich (d. 1558), was the daughter of William Jenks, or Gynkes, a London grocer. She married Richard Rich, 1st Baron Rich, now notorious for his evidence against both Sir Thomas More and Sir Thomas Cromwell before their executions in 1535 and 1540. She bore Rich, whose portrait Holbein also drew, five sons and ten daughters. References K. T. Parker, The Drawings of Hans Holbein at Windsor Castle, Oxford: Phaidon, 1945, OCLC 822974, pp. 50–51.
