This brought on the suit. We shall notgive the history of it, but content ourselves to state the findings ofthe court, given on May 18, 1654. The Commissioners to examine the papers in the suit be-tween Pieter Kock and Anna van Vorst made their report to theBoard and their opinion, which is the following judgment, and thesame being examined. Burgomasters and Schepens decide, that saidjudgment shall for reasons not yet be pronounced but remain inabeyance until future occasion and request of parties.
