A JAW-DROPPING picture of what looks like a pink lightning bolt looping through the stormy sky and striking the Earth has been captured by an off-duty cameraman. The bolt appears to defy gravity itself by passing upwards before changing direction towards the ground. Other pictures taken by the amateur stormchaser shows in-car pictures of the gathering super-cell storm as it is pursued across the countryside, which can be seen being punished by high-winds.
