Drayman, Roger Hughes pours a pint of beer to give to the tow Shire horses as a reward for their hard work at one of the village pubs, a short distance from the family owned Hooks Norton Brewery. The brewery was founded in 1849, in the village of Hook Norton in the north Oxfordshire Cotswolds in England. The brewery is one of the few that continues to make its local beer deliveries by using shire horses pulling a dray loaded with barrels of beer.
