Soldiers from Chosin Company, 1st Battalion, 17th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, along with Soldiers from the 1st Infantry Regiment, Japan Ground Self Defense Force end their closing ceremony with a commemorative group photo for their 15-day exercise, “Rising Thunder 18” at the Yakima Training Center, Washington, Sept. 14, 2018. This exercise gave both forces an opportunity to help strengthen allied partnerships, develop readiness and train together as a unified team.
