Of this form there is only one specimen, a female. The total length is 31 mm., the maximum thickness about 0*5 mm. The mouth is apparently without lips or papillae. A pair of 3-lobed glands open into the cavity of the mouth laterally. The vulva is situated at O'l mm. from the ante- rior end.
