A Galician cuttlefish dish. This is normally served with octopus but in this case cuttlefish has been substituted. The cuttlefish is first boiled until tender with bay leaves and peppercorns, allowed to cool, and then sliced and placed on sliced, boiled potatoes. Sweet paprika, salt and olive oil are added and the dish is garnished with chopped parsley. Dorset England UK GB
