Woman's cap, Medium: linen Technique: bobbin lace, Mechlin style, Woman's white cap with a drawstring at the back of the neck and wide border of Mechlin style bobbin lace at the front. The pattern on the lace is of a basket of flowers centered at the middle of the cap. The pattern is a repeating one. There is one complete motif and portions of the repeat of each side.
