Timothy Quast, Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) commanding officer, middle left, briefs Mr. Marc Knapper, Ambassador to Vietnam, and members of the Phu Yen Provincial People’s Committee on the ship's surgical capabilities in support of the Pacific Partnership 2022 Vietnam closing ceremony. Now in its 17th year, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
