A scalloped torpedo ray (Torpedo panthera): also called an electric ray, as it can deliver a powerful electric shock. Dangerous! Egyptian Red Sea.

A scalloped torpedo ray (Torpedo panthera). This species has a patchy distribution in the Western Indian Ocean and the Red Sea. All torpedo rays are slow-moving bottom-feeders. They envelop small prey which they then stun with a strong electrical discharge from modified muscle cells called electroplaques. Photographed in the Egyptian Red Sea.
