Nuan Atojian, the Bahr el Arab, Sudan, 1925 (1927). A print from Cape to Cairo, by Stella Court Treatt, George G Harrap & Company Ltd, 1927. The book was an account of the first successful journey by motor vehicle from Cape Town to Cairo, accomplished by Stella Court Treatt and her husband, Major Chaplin Court Treatt, in 1924-1926. The Bahr el Arab rift is a major geological feature in south-west Sudan.
