The J Class Regatta, Falmouth, took place from 26th to the 30th June, 2012. This was the first time in history that the 4 J Class Yachts raced together in a fleet. The boats consisted of Velsheda, Ranger, Lionheart and Rainbow. Each yacht is 140 feet in length, weighs approximately 200 tons and are crewed by up to thirty people. This image was taken from the headland at St Mawes and shows one of the J Class passing St Anthony's Lighthouse.
