Christopher Marquez, Mihail Kogalniceanu Garrison Commander, after a five-kilometer run held as part of a 9/11 memorial event with more than 100 Soldiers, Airmen, Romanian and Canadian armed forces and civilian staff participating in the run at Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base in Romania, Sept. 11, 2018. The run took place to remember the 2,996 lives taken during the attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon 17 years ago.
