The windings may be readily inspected onunscrewing the sheet-iron sides. The secondary loads passunder the-floor up the slip ring stand. The primaries wereflashed at 15,000 volts to earth and secondaries, the latter at2500 volts to earth. Each transformer weighs approximately5450 lbs.
