Winchester Va (Jan. 16, 2016) Senior Chief Musician Scott Silbert Takes a solo at the 38th annual International Saxophone Symposuim. The free two day event is held each January at the Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia and serves hundreds of saxophone students and professionals in addition to the concert going public.
