Little Rock, Ark.:—The Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs conducted a wreath laying Thursday, March 28, 2018, at the Vietnam Veterans’ Memorial on the grounds of the Arkansas State Capitol. The ceremony honored SGT Willie Pippins Sr. (Little Rock, AR) and SPC Glennon Marcussen (Monticello, AR). Both Pippins’ and Marcussen’s name are also on the Vietnam Memorial in Washington DC.
