A Scottish Blackface mountain sheep in the Scottish Highlands. One of the most important breeds of sheep in the British Isles. Scotland has a rugged landscape, no more so than the highlands, with heather, mosses, ancient rocks and wonderful plants growing in a protected national park. This was taken on a Journey North from the SW of Scotland to Inverness in the early Morning.
