Following the attack by a vandal last week ( plans are being made to protect this piece of street art by covering the work with perspex. A local community pub is behind the plan and other traders and locals back the plan. It is believed that an elderly man was responsible for the attack with white emulsion paint, locals stepped in and saved the artwork before the paint was dry.
