In 1895 the com-pany retired from business. After a long and painful illness Morris died on February10, 1903, and his remains were cremated. His ashes nowrest in Graceland Cemetery, Chicago, Illinois. May 31, 1866, he married Susan C. Claude, of Annapolis,Maryland, who still survives. Henry C.
