A local San Antonio boy, Sergio Barrera, age 8, plays with an F-16 model airplane during his visit to the 149th Fighter Wing Aug. 18, 2017. Barrero participated in the wing's Pilot for a Day program, which offers a unique experience for children with life-threatening or debilitating medical issues, allowing them to spend time as an honorary F-16 pilot for the majority of the day.
