The Rope Horse statue is located outside Merseyside Police HQ in Liver Street, off Wapping, Liverpool UK. The statue was designed to symbolise man’s struggle to free himself from slavery. The statue was designed by artist Edward Cronshaw, is 15 feet tall and weighs four tons.
