An officer with the Tennessee Air National Guard’s 134th Air Refueling Wing in Knoxville, Tenn., was one of three servicemembers nationwide to be awarded a full-tuition master’s degree scholarship in September from the National Guard Association of the United States and the University of Phoenix as part of the Association’s scholarship program. Capt. Chad Morgan, a resident of Maryville, Tenn., is the commander of the 134th Maintenance Squadron at the Knoxville Wing.
