Front entrance and porch of the amazing Lakshmana temple with the two corner subsidiary shrines against a brilliant blue sky. The Western Group of Temples at Khajuraho are the most graphic, erotic and sensuous sculptures throughout India. There are literally hundreds of exquisite images on the interior and exterior walls of all the shrines. Each temples has an entrance hall 'mandapa', and a inner sanctum 'garbha' or 'griha'. The pyramidal roofs have a distinct form being made of several horizontal layers.
