On Nov. 28, agents arrested Jose Abilio Carballo-Parada, a 49-year-old from El Salvador. Record checks showed that Carballo-Parada is a confirmed MS-13 gang member with multiple deportations and an extensive criminal history including a drug trafficking conviction. Carballo-Parada was most recently removed from the United States in June of this year.
