KEYPORT, Wash. (July 13, 2018) Cmdr. Donald Rogers delivers the invocation during the inactivation ceremony for the Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarine USS Buffalo (SSN 715) held at the Keyport Undersea Museum. Buffalo was commissioned November 5, 1983, and is the third United States Ship to bear the proud name of Buffalo.
