This splendid giant-flowering variety grows about 3j feet high ; of sturdy habit, much branched, and produces freely graceful spikes of six-petalled, widely expanded flowers meas- uring over 3 inches across; of a rich, glowing scarlet, shading to orange, with a blood-red throat; a most striking combination of color. Nothing can excel the brilliant effect this novelty pro- duces when planted in masses, while as a late summer cut flower it is invaluable. 15 cts. each; § per doz New Geraniums for 1903.
