Tudor Revival house built in the 1910s or 1920s in Forest Hills Gardens, a garden community planned by architect Grosvenor Atterbury and landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted Jr. It was modeled after Hampsted Garden Suburb near Golders Green outside London, England, established in 1906.
