Manish Rawat, physician assistant, 7248th Medical Support Unit, 7454th Medical Backfill Battalion, for performance during the unit’s annual training at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Aug. 31. Rawat, an Austin, Texas native, along with other Soldiers from the El Paso, Texas-based 7248th MSU, were recognized for their quick actions and providing medical services to a patient during an emergency childbirth.
