Eric Coy Young with a membership to the Fred Brock American Legion Post No. 828 during an America's Navy briefing themed, “The Navy the Nation Needs”, held at the post located on Martin Luther King Drive during Navy Week, Feb. 19-25. Young, a native of Abilene, Texas, and former commander of Navy Reserve Forces Command in Norfolk, Va., briefed more than 100 members of the post to include legion district representatives.
