The levelled construction site is bounded by Mortimer Street (top), Nassau Street (r), Riding House Street (hidden), and Cleveland Street (l). This site was sold to developer Project Abbey Guernsey Ltd for £110m to finance the UCL Hospital PFI scheme on Euston Road (see image B6CKB5). The new development will create 273 new homes and 33,000 sq metres of office space and community facilities.
