The Edward Co. is now merged into the Allis-Chalmers which hasits main offices on the tenth floor of the Home Insurance , where Mr. .\llan now has his headquarters as manager ofthe engine sales J. B. ALLAN. MR. M. J. KINCH. superintendent of the Holland & Lake Michi-gan Electric Railway Co., has lieen appointed superintendent ofthe Grand Rapids. Holland & Lake Michigan Rapid whichcontrols the former coinpany. MR. JOHN G. HONECKER. who has been supervising the con-struction of an electric railway in Trenton. N. J., will accept aposition as superintendent of the Eastern branch of the LehighValley Traction Cos. system. MR. GEOGRE W. HOUCK, of Worcester, Mass., has beenappointed receiver of the Buffalo (N. Y.), Hamburg & AuroraRailway Co. The road, it is stated, will continue operation underreceivership until plans for its reorganization are perfected. THE BUFFALO (N.
