At the International Rose Test Garden, at Portland, Oregon, this variety was awarded the Silver Medal of the American Rose Society, the Gold Medal of the city of Portland, for the best bush Rose shown and the Silver Trophy of the Portland Chamber of Commerce for the best Rose produced on the Pacific Coast in 1923. each.
