By formal resolution the action of Mr. Hamilton, bothin regard to the site selected and to the manner of conducting thebuilding, was approved. Mr. Hamilton informed the House that the charge of superintendingthe erection of the building and providing incidental materials andworkmen had almost entirely been devolved upon
