He entered the service of theBaltimore and Ohio as an operator at ChicagoJunction, on December 26, 1901, and waspromoted to train (Uspatcher in May, 1905,the position whi<h he held until the time of hisdeath. He was a mt^mber of the Train Dis-patchers Association and the First ChristianChurch of New Castle. Surviving him are liiswife, his son Harold, aged nine years, his motherand two brothers. Mr. McNeely was a conscientious, loyal andhard-working employe; quiet and reserved innrnnner and one who had the resi)ect of all whowere fortunate enough to know him. His lossis keenly felt bj the local management
