London UK. 4 December 2023. A 62ft (19m) Norwegian spruce grown in Nordmarka, the forests north of Oslo, is installed at Trafalgar Square. The Christmas tree is an annual gift from the city of Oslo and the Norwegian People as gratitude to Britain for it's support of Norway during World War II .
