William Scotts prize, carriedover from the March meeting for the best floweringplant, was won by John Featherstone, Yonkers, witha beautiful plant ot Cineraria stellata. He also car-ried off President Mooneys prize for the best grownfoliage plant, with a well-grown plant of caladium;and received the societys certificate of merit foran improved plant of schizanthus. President Mooneygave a short talk on chrysanthemums, which wasfollowed by a discussion.
