This armyfought the battle of Stones River, went throughthe Tullalioma campaign, and fought the battleof Chickamauga, assisted by Longstreets Corpsfrom the Army of Northern Virginia. It wasdriven from Chattanooga in November, 1863, byGrants forces. After the battle of Chickamauga,the corps were reorganized several times.
