Occurrence.—Late Silurian (Middle Ludlovian), highest Lower Leintwardine beds, (according to Dr. J. D. Lawson, in litt.) Church Hill, Leintwardine, Herefordshire, England. Diagnosis.—The length of the ventral shield is about 38 mm. The dentine ridges are of uniform size. The reference of this species to Archegonaspis is not firmly established.
