Rat brain sections. Sliced sections of a rats head embedded in wax and floating on water. The rats head was placed in a block of wax to allow thin slicing by a microtome. The slices stained then wax removed and mounted onto glass slide for viewing under a microscope. These samples came from rats exposed to electromagnetic radiation from power lines and mobile phones. Examination of these samples will reveal if the radiation has caused tumours or other diseases. Photographed at the Cancer Research Centre, Ramazzini Foundation, Italy.
