Open for ten days now, the Ower Elementary School for boys, has 380 students, 24 teachers and a new building constructed through a contract negotiated by the Farah Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT), Nov. 10, 2009, Qarya-i-Ur, Afghanistan. The project began Aug. 21, 2008, and was completed Oct. 26, 2009, by (Ali Ahmadzai Construction Agency Co.) owned by Ali Ahmadzai.
