'I'he improvements in this class during the past few years are perfectly wonder- ful, forming, as they now do, such douhleness and deeply cut or fringed petals as render them highly effective and beautiful decaration plants; half hardy perennials IVew Double Fringed Grandiflora Fimber- ata. This strain always yields 25 to 30 percent, of double flowers, fringed; rich and delicate tints, and variegated in great variety; seldom fails to receive the highest praise, 50 IVew Double Dwarf Robnsta Flora Plena. Its growth is compact and symmetrical, ranging in many colors, producing flowers so freely as to often represent an arranged bouquet, 60 IVew Double Flora Plena. This strain is saved from carefully fertilized flowers, and will produce a large percentage of double flowers, blotched and striped, 25.
