The Bryozoa arepretty well distributed around the Georgian Bay, and most of the species are foundwherever suitable places occur. The relative abundance varies with the season It was found necessary to introduce certain changes in the classification of thePlumatellas, as given by Kraepelin (1887) and Davenport (1904).
