The 11th Annual Moment of Remembrance Ceremony was held to remember and honor the fallen and first responders of 9/11 at the September 11 Memorial Walkway of Southern Illinois, Belleville, Illinois, Sept. 11, 2022. The two concrete structures supporting the World Trade Center artifact are representative of the fallen north and south Twin Towers.
