The committee on arrangements for the annual picnic reported everything in readiness for the picnic, to be held at Studt's park, upper Creve Coeur lake, September 15. Secretary Joseph Deutsch- niann announced that a discussion would take place on the Allied Florists' Trade Association, which is being formed by a committee appointed by the St. Louis Florists' Club. The by-laws as adopted by this committee were then read by the secretary. These and the new or- ganization were then fully discussed, after which a motion was passed that the association go on record as being fully in accord with the
