Williams (DDG 95), Gunner’s Mate Petty Officer 2nd Class Tymere Raynor mans a .50-caliber machine gun as part of the Small Caliber Action Team during a shipboard exercise that simulates transiting foreign waters. James E. Williams is currently underway preparing for a scheduled deployment.
