At six monthsthe four nippers are beginningto wear to a level. Cut 310will convey a good idea of theappearance of the teeth attwelve months. The four mid-dle teeth are almost level, andthe corner ones becoming mark in the two middle teeth is wide and faint; in the twonext teeth it is darker, and longer, and narrower; and in the cor-ner teeth it is darkest, and longest, and narrowest. At the age ofone }ear and a half, the mark in the central nippers will bemuch shorter and fainter; that in the other two pairs will haveundergone considerable change, and all the nippers will be flat.
