Recruits with Lima Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, prepare to compete against one another during pugil sticks III at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Jan. 29. The recruits executed numerous Marine Corps Martial Arts Program techniques throughout the Pugil Sticks III event. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Lima Company is scheduled to graduate March 15.
