James Mingus, the 82nd Airborne Division incoming commander, during a change of command ceremony at Pike Field on Fort Bragg, North Carolina Aug. 2, 2018. Mingus comes to the division from the Mission Command Center of Excellence at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
